Quand l’intelligence artificielle se soucie de notre bien-être financier

Excerpt from an article by the Longueil agglomeration economic development company (DEL)

In today’s digital age, where personal financial management has become a necessity, a Quebec company has stood out thanks to a one-of-a-kind financial management app. The goal? To act as a virtual financial coach to reduce stress related to personal finances. Consumers are now looking for solutions that go beyond simply organizing spending. It’s in this context that our startup emerged, promising a personalized approach to financial management, with a particular focus on reducing the associated stress.

Company portrait

Kaira Technologies  is a startup founded in 2018 in Boucherville by two innovative entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the banking sector.

Their entrepreneurial project came from the observation that many Quebecers face complex challenges in managing their personal finances, which can create anxiety, and that market solutions do not go far enough to support them: traditional banking systems often seem too rigid, existing applications lack personalized advice, and accessing a financial planner is often a difficult task. It is in this context that the Kaira platform was born, with a clear vision: to simplify personal financial management for everyone in order to alleviate the stress associated with it.

The Kaira mobile app aims to help people improve their financial lives and reduce the stress that can come from losing control of their personal finances through a digital coaching solution.

One of the most innovative features is its use of artificial intelligence (AI) to provide personalized financial analyses. The advanced algorithm analyzes the user’s spending habits, identifies savings opportunities, and suggests strategies to optimize financial management. This personalized approach provides users with a personalized and tailored experience, just like a coach would.

Kaira is seeking to position itself in the corporate benefits niche by offering its unique financial wellness coaching solution to employers, but also to employees. The company aims to provide a tool that allows employers to optimize employee engagement, retention, and attraction by offering their employees a benefit that identifies their needs and guides them toward financial wellness.
